Driving Offence Solicitors who will fight for your
driving licence

Driving Defences solicitors are a team of specialist lawyers for all types of driving offences, including drink driving offences and speeding offences.

As legal specialists who work to defend the UK motorist, we have prevented a massive amount of British motorists from losing their Driving licences. We provide the professionalism and attention to detail that you would expect from anyone dealing with your case. We pride ourselves on the attention to detail and intelligent solutions we provide to your problems with the law.

We work throughout England in Wales, with the majority of our work being in London, Manchester and Birmingham.

There a very few law organisations in England and Wales who specialise solely in the defence of the motorist and we are proud to be one of the leaders in the field. You may ask 'why does this matter? Like anything else in life, when you have a specific problem you want to talk to the people who specialise in dealing with your problem.

We strive to achieve a successful outcome in every case, often this can mean a complete acquittal, and sometimes it is expert mitigation, but we always fight relentlessly in the client's best interests. We have a proven track record of getting the best possible results for all our clients.

We also believe that advice should not only be free of charge in the early stages, but should also come from knowledgeable solicitors. Therefore you will be able to speak to our solicitors or barristers from the beginning to the end of your case and there will be no charge for your initial consultation. Furthermore, your details will not be retained or passed to anyone else.

Unlike many of our competitors we do not offer an extra special service for clients who wish to pay more. We believe that all our clients should be treated as extra special and our firms partners personally oversee EVERY case we deal with.

How can we help you?

The first stage of any case is an investigation as to whether you are in fact guilty of a motoring offence such as drink driving or speeding.

Just because a speed camera or breath testing device has recorded that you have committed an offence it does not always mean that you have. All machines can go wrong. Sometimes these problems are due to the device and sometimes it can be operator error, but the start of any case begins with an investigation as to whether you actually committed the offence.

If it is shown that you are guilty of the offence we can investigate the procedure carried out as the law still allows you to put the prosecution to proof of their case and if the police or prosecuting authority have made fundamental errors in a case the Courts may feel that it is unfair that you be convicted of that offence. We look at every case with a fine tooth comb but if all else fails we will always be on hand to ensure that a fair result will be obtained if the court is considering penalty points or a driving ban.

We can assist you in this way for any driving offence from drink driving and speeding to mobile phone offences and careless and dangerous driving.
