Welcome to our first blog. With the creation of our new and improved website we have decided to add a blog to try and improve the level of service we give to our clients. The idea is that when changes occur in the law or when interesting cases are heard we will be able to give our professional commentary upon this area of law. The main writers will be Philip Trotter and myself Martin Hammond, and from time to time our members of staff will be asked to give commentary, especially if they have been directly involved in a case. Clearly, if we are giving commentary of cases we are involved in we will either have our client’s permission or we will assure complete anonymity.
We hope to provide an interesting read for our clients and potential clients or anyone who just has an interest in this area of law. It is not an attempt at self promotion it is an attempt to give something back and share something with our readers they did not necessarily know.
